99 avalon-fuel door won't open. You have to hold lever up inside car and open door with your hand. Cable is working going to gas door area. I took fuel door off but I don't see anything broke or missing. Put some WD-40 on door hinge but this did not help. I can't figure this one out-maybe a spring is missing.
